Buddy Foy Jr. cooks from the French canon, but Jennifer's first-generation Italian instincts run the dining room: nobody leaves the table wanting. Fresh Gulf fish in Florida, Adirondack-sourced beef and game in New York, a single, deliberate hand on the seasoning.

Tasting menus run seasonally at each property. Vegetarian, pescatarian, and dietary-restricted menus available with 24 hours notice.
